Condition

Apart from some minor chips to the glass paste with a few possibly later replaced and light tarnishing on the blade, the overall condition is quite good. The actual colour of the jade handle is a slightly more celadon and the gilt bronze scabbard is of a warmer yellow tone compared to the catalogue illustration.
