Catalogue Note

The caption, as printed in the Daily Sketch on 8 January 1937, commences "The little dwarfs opened the bonnet of the flying machine, and Father Christmas, Babar and Duck got in..." A coloured version of the drawing was published in 1940 on page 32 of the book publication.
