8vo (196 x 116mm.), 2 volumes, first edition, third printing, (Teerink's "B" edition), engraved frontispiece in second state with inscription around the oval and printed on paper with vertical chainlines, five engraved maps and one plate, contemporary panelled calf, foliate corner-pieces and border in blind, spine decorated and lettered in gilt, cloth chemises in collector's morocco-backed slipcase, slight marginal damp-staining in vol.1, slightly spotted, covers slightly scuffed, some wear to edges and joints
