Condition
This work is in good condition overall. The canvas has been wax lined and varnished. The turning edges of the canvas are taped. There is fine craquelure throughout. There is some wear along the edges and some associated minor pigment losses, particularly in the upper left edge. There is faint surface soiling throughout and the pigment appears to have darkened over time. Under Ultraviolet light inspection the varnish is difficult to read through. Framed.
