Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is a minute indentation to the lower edge of the fourth canvas, 5cm. in from the lower right corner, which appears to be original to the artistÂ’s practice. Visible under raking light, there is an extremely light vertical impression to the lower left edge of the fifth canvas. Very close inspection reveals a short and fine crack in the lower left quadrant and very light buckling to the lower left edge of the sixth canvas. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
