The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slighlty deeper in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals some small specks of oxidisation and extremely thin scratches and wear to the surface of the lead, as well as a very small number of pulled threads in the jute, all of which are likely to be inherent to the artist's choice of medium and working process.
