Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the paper tone tends more towards cream and there are more prominent pale yellow tones throughout the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is hinged to the backing mount at intervals on the reverse and there are artist's pin holes in the top two corners. Close inspection reveals three minute pigment specks above and to the side of the figure's head which are visible in the catalogue illustration.
