The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the paper tone tends more towards a soft cream in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is attached verso to the backing board in several places. Very close inspection reveals evidence of minor drying cracks and minute and unobtrusive paint losses to the heavier impasto areas of dark red and black.
