The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly brighter and more vibrant in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is evidence of light handling in places to the extreme left edge. Extremely close inspection reveals some very light and superficial dust fibres adhering to the surface in places, as well as a tiny and unobtrusive media accretion along the right edge, towards the lower right corner. Further extremely close inspection reveals a pinhead-sized speck of paint loss in the green pigment towards the top right corner, approximately 10 centimetres below the top edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
