Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the blue and grey veins of the marble are deeper and more varied in the original. The wooden base is and an oak shade and not pine as illustrated in the catalogue.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There are splits to the wooden base following the natural grain of the wood, in keeping with the artist's choice of medium.
