Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the paper tone tends more towards a soft cream with more pronounced lines apparent in the original.
Condition:
This work is in good condition. The paper is laid down on a piece of card. There is discolouration to the vertical edges and intermittently along the horizontal edges. There are splashes of pigment in the top right corner and towards the centre of the left edge and in a few places elsewhere, likely original and inherent to the artist's working process. There are further light areas of discolouration that have occurred overtime. There are some light spots of paper skinning in all four corners and to the centre right of the lower edge.
