Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly warmer in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. The sheet is floating between the matte and the glass, but was originally hinged verso to the matte in the upper two corners with associated evidence of adhesive residues visible on the recto. All four edges are deckled and are have accumulated some light surface dirt. Upon very close inspection, there are a small number of faint pin sized spots of foxing to the upper half of the sheet.
