Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is cooler in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Very close inspection reveals a small number of short hairline cracks in places to the recesses of the work which are in keeping with the artist's choice of media and working process. Close inspection reveals two small flakes of paint which have been consolidated towards the left of the top outer edge which fluoresce brightly when examined under ultra-violet light.
