Condition
The canvas has been strip-lined along the right tacking edge and is otherwise unlined. The canvas is somewhat wavy at several points near the framing edge, primarily in the lower centre and upper right corner. Ultraviolet light reveals some localised signs of retouching which are minor given the size of the painting, notably relating to possible restoration in the yellow pigments of the upper left corner and some spots near the upper framing edge, aside from which the painting is in good original condition.
