the baluster body rising from a short foot to a waisted neck, the exterior covered in a streaked rich red glaze thinning to a mushroom tone near the rim, mounted as a lamp

Condition

The vase has been mounted as a lamp and inspected without taking the mounts off. The vase is in very good condition with the exception of surface scratches and minor glaze firing imperfections such as burst glaze bubbles. The mounts have minor chips along the rims and slight rubbing to the gilding. The textile lampshade is worn in places with minor freying along the rims.
