Catalogue Note

The gilt-brass suspenion pole is cast with berried laurel which is almost identical to those sold Chatsworth, The Attic Sale, Sotheby's 5-7 October 2010, lot 491-494. These were attributed to William Collins, who supplied identical which supported gilt-brass chandeliers at Lissadell, co. Sligo, Ireland.
