Condition
Decorative. There is evidence of old repairs and restoration. There are filled holes and chips to the carved detail. One of the legs has been detached and there is evidence to these break sites. There are losses to the painted decoration. There are losses to some surface decoration revealing gesso and core timber. There are some localised areas of re-touching. This unusual piece would benefit from some workshop attention.
