the deep sides rising from a short foot, painted on the exterior with sprays of aubergine-colored berries with leaves, all within double-blue line borders, the center of the interior with an underglaze blue dragon medallion, six-character mark in underglaze blue

Acquired in Hong Kong, 1980s, and thence by descent.

Condition

There are burst air bubbles to the interior and to the base. Otherwise in overall good condition.
