the deep rounded sides rising from a slightly tapered foot to an everted rim, the exterior painted in purplish tones of underglaze-blue with a continuous scene of the Eight Daoist Immortals paying tribute to Shoulao, seated on a raised platform holding a long ruyi scepter beneath a branch of peach, flanked by a crane and a smoking incense burner, each immortal holding their characteristic emblems, the interior with a central medallion of the Queen Mother of the West riding atop a flying crane, eight-character mark in underglaze blue within a double circle

Condition
There are small chips, frits and stained burst air bubbles around the rim. The interior with a glazed over kiln grit. The interior and exterior with burst air bubbles and iron spots. The base with a firing tear approx. 3/4 in. (1.9 cm) long, a firing flaw approx. 1/2 in. (1.3 cm) long, and a glaze pull around the foot.
