Inscription:
It had been gloomy and rainy for days. Suddenly, the sky cleared up and the rain stopped. To release my feelings, I picked up the brush and sent this painting to my “fourth brother” Ling-mei, who is far away. See if my eyesight has improved since last year. Second lunar month of the gengzi year, Dai-chien Jushi Yuan, Mogi Garden.
