3 volumes, 4to (12 7/8 x 9 7/8 in.; 328 x 252 mm). Title, initials and sidenotes printed in red and black, 3 woodcut portraits, colored coat-of-arms, head- and tail-pieces, initials and decorations (including covers and limitation statements) by Louis Jou. Dark brown morocco, gilt-stamped title on spine, edges gilt, red morocco doublures, in a morocco-trimmed chemise and slipcase, by E. Maylander, original wrappers bound in.
