8vo (7 1/2 x 5 1/4 in.; 190 x 133 mm).  Publisher's blue cloth, spine and front cover lettered in yellow, top edges yellow, floral endpapers; minimal wear at spine ends.  Original green dust-jacket printed in red with depictions of mosquitoes, advertisement for Soldiers' Pay on lower cover; spine slightly darkened, minor wear at corners and spine ends.
