Van Vechten, Carl.  Gelatin silver print photographic portrait of Gertrude Stein with American flag, (91/2 x 7 1/2 in.; 241 x 190 mm), [New York, 1935], paperboard mount, signed by Van Vechten on the mount and signed and inscribed by Stein; a few spots and some soiling on the mount, edges of mount chipped, inscription faded.  Glazed and framed.
