Catalogue Note

The John Quinn set, a scarce full run, one of 200 sets with another 100 bound sets. Contributors included James Stephens, Lady Gregory, John Masefield, with  traditional Irish songs and ballads. As one might expect of a seven-year run, a set of individual issues is harder to obtain than a bound set, and the present is in particularly pleasing condition, with the hand-coloring unusually bright and fresh.
