Chancery folio (12 x 7 3/4 in.; 305 x196 mm), type 107R, 80R, 80Gk, 62 lines plus headline, capital spaces with guide letters, spaces for Greek, collation: +2, a-r8, s, t6, A-G8, H9=[215] leaves, lacking the final blank leaf; fore-margin of first 4 leaves mended, dampstain in upper outer corner of quires G-H, lower outer corner of leaves H6-9 cut away with loss of a few words some of which supplied in manuscript, contemporary marginal notes and pointing hands shaved, inkstains in leaves l8v and C7, a few worm punctures throughout, worm track in lower margins of quires A-B, and D. Modern antique panelled calf; joints and edges worn. Dealer's invoice laid in.
