gouache heightened with gold on paper, 4 lines of text written in nasta'liq script in black ink within cloud bands within 4 columns above and below the painting, margins ruled in colours and gold, reverse with 10 lines of text written horizontally and diagonally, the interstices filled with polychrome flowers against gold
Condition
In good overall condition, some minor flaking to the paint, slight vertical splitting to right hand section of painting, leaf trimmed, some crude repairs to reverse, as viewed.
