set on a square, velvet frame with a central medallion embroidered on a green ground with gilt metal threads in relief, featuring an inscription on a chevron ground, framed by a geometric border

Condition

In fairly good condition, tears to green textile with some associated repairs, the metal threads overall bright, some bent and out of place, as viewed.
