comprising two large and two smaller rectangular plaques, the large plaques carved in relief with a central gold calligraphic cartouche painted on a green ground and surrounded by floral designs painted in blue, green and pink, top with a long rectangular calligraphic cartouche against a blue ground, the smaller plaques worked in relief, featuring a central roundel surrounded by a polychrome foliate wreath, the calligraphic band above in ta'liq script and worked in trompe-oeil as a scroll

In general good condition, some rubbing and subsequent loss to paint on surface consistent with age, as viewed.
