of shallow rounded form, decorated in underglaze cobalt blue, green and relief red with thin black outlines, featuring tulips and carnations emanating from a leafy tuft, the rim with a breaking wave motif, the reverse with flowerheads and leafy motifs

In good condition, intact, some chips and two drill holes to foot, minor chips to rim, as viewed.
