the raised central roundel set with a row of blue sapphires around a higher set roundel mounted with diamonds in a flowerhead motif, the reverse with a hinged compartment with green and red enamel, the armband composed of a flat sheet of gold with petal shaped terminals set with diamonds and a blue sapphire, both sides hinged, one to reveal opening
