Description

  • marble with colourful inlay stones
of square form, the sides carved with upward turning palmettes leading to a border of inlaid chevron design with lotus bud motifs at each corner, the main surface carved with a large multi-petalled rosette with central bud-form fountain head emanating curling leaves, surrounded by a colourful inlaid foliate vine, the spandrels inlaid with interlacing tendrils in a vase motif with polychrome hardstones
