  • 23.7cm to 24.7cm, 9 3/4 in diameter
with various elaborate borders, the majority painted in the centre with a titled mythological scene, after contemporary paintings, including Loki and Sygn by Carl Gebhardt, the Death of Eurydice by E. v. Engerth, and the Disarming of Cupid by Angelica Kauffman, underglaze blue shield mark

Condition

Two plates have damages. one plate, in the illustration on the second row, second plate along - there is a small restored chip to the rim a second plate, in the illustration on the second row, third plate, there is a hairline crack to the rim which measurse 3.4cm long. The rest are in good condition.
