naively painted in a dark palette with the couple flanking a tree bearing yellow fruit, inside a broad panelled border of pomegranates and foliage divided by panels of blue trellis-pattern, the reverse with a lead glaze

Condition

There are two fnie hairline cracks to the rim of the charger, the larger measures 9.3cm long. There are several chips to the underside of the rim, the largest which is a flat shallow chip measures approximately 4cm wide.
