Description
- each 38cm. high, 23cm. diameter; 1ft. 3in., 9in.
each of campana form, with a leaf cast collar above a gadrooned body, each handle cast with a bacchic female mask on a facetted socle and lunette cast square base and anthemion cast splayed feet
Condition
In overall good condition. The gilt-bronze mounts are nicely cast. There is a minor chip to the inside rim of one vase which is hardly noticable. On the other there is a triangular shaped chip to the base and there are three medium sized chips to the inside of the rim of the vase which are not too noticeable as they are covered by the gilt-bronze rim. There is also a very minor loss to the inside of the gilt-bronze rim of the same one.
