la divinité à douze bras, deux jambes et quatre visages de couleur bleu foncé, debout enlaçant sa parèdre jaune, leurs jambes écartées, foulant au pied des personnages renversés sur le dos l'un blanc, l'autre rouge sur une base ovale, auréolés de la grande roue du dharma, accompagnés de trois divinités dans le ciel et deux sur la terre

Acquired in Mongolia in the 1950s.
Condition
The thangka is in good overall condition ; the edges are glued to a narrow wooden frame (painted red) which has not been removed. The painting is very fine and detailed, the actual colors are much more lively than the catalogue illustration suggest ; the green and red are particularly more dense.
