Condition

The upper neck and mouth of the vase are tightly covered with a metal mount. There are 2 cracks visible to the lower part of the body. Both start at the outside rim of the foot and extend ca. 20cm and 18cm up the body. Both cracks are visible in the glaze but not visible inside the vase. There is a ca. 3cm wide shallow crescent-shaped chip to rim of the foot. There is also very light overall wear to the glaze and a ca. 6cm long area of scratching to the shoulders. The colours of the glaze are much more vibrant than the catalogue illustration suggests.
