Condition

The painting is in its original condition, mounted as a scroll with its original silk covers and ribbons. There are two horizontal creases and splits to the textile and pigment to the upper part of the painting just above and below the head. There are several vertical creases with associated losses of pigment and small losses to the textile on the lower part of the textile.
