le pourtour extérieur entièrement sculpté d'un dense décor en relief de trois dragons menaçants à cinq griffes représentés de face parmi les nuages sur fond de vagues stylisées, marque à six caractères sigillaires taishang Huangdi zhibao ('Trésor de l'Empereur Emérite') à la base

Condition
The brushpot is in overall good condition. The ivory is suffused with crackles consistent
with age. There are small areas of loss to the rim and around the base. The base possibly later added.
