Condition
The canvas is not lined. The colours of the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the original appears less yellow, more green overall. A close inspection reveals some minor shrinkage to the areas of thickest paint application, notably in the white pigments. There is no evidence of retouching visible under UV light. Apart from some scattered fly spots, this work is in good original condition.
