Condition
This work is generally in good condition. The canvas is not lined. Examination under UV light reveals some fluorescence in the white pigment of the upper and lower right corners, in the yellow pigment lower right, the light blue on the upper left and the peach pigment near upper centre edge which appears to be retouching to the thinnest areas of paint application. There is a small spot of retouching towards the centre of the right edge.
The catalogue illustration is fairly accurate overall although the purple pigment is more vibrant in the original.
