Condition
This work is in overall good condition. The canvas is lined. A close inspection reveals some hairline shrinkage in the blue pigments and a very thin scratch towards the upper left edge. There are a few small spots of paint loss towards the upper right corner and two along the upper edge. There is a varnish which prevents a detailed examination under UV light but spots of fluorescence are visible towards the centre of the upper edge, in the white pigment of the lower left quadrant and along the edges. There are a few spots of retouching towards the lower edge including a 3cm horizontal line of in the lower left corner and two 2cm lines in the lower right corner.
