Urdu manuscript on paper on different coloured papers, 177 leaves plus 2 flyleaves, 13 lines to the page, written in nasta'liq script in black ink, catchwords, 40 miniatures enclosed within borders of scrolling vegetation, with titles in red, opening illuminated headpiece in colours and gold comprising interlacing split palmettes and chinoiserie cloud bands, brown leather binding with outer boards painted with large flowers

Condition

In good overall condition, some wear to binding, colours bright and ink bold, minor stains and paper repairs to opening and closing leaves, as viewed.
