- jade and steel
the hilt of pale jade carved in pistol-grip form, with tight loop ring above upturned quillons, the gently curved double-edged steel blade with central ridge and gold overlay designs near top, the wood scabbard covered with red cloth and silver mounts engraved with floral motifs
Condition
In overall good condition, minor oxidisation to blade and rubbing to gold overlay design, minor tears in textile covering scabbard, repairs to silver mounts, as viewed.
