  • velvet and metal threads
of circular form, embroidered with gold and silver threads on a dark blue velvet ground with a central roundel filled with a dense floral design, bordered by an inscriptive band and foliate frame, with an external band filled with similar vegetal decoration, the exterior with a golden fringe

In very good condition, with a green silk mount to reverse, as viewed.
