  • 8 5/8 by 10 3/8 in. 21.9 by 26.4 cm.
carved in sunk relief with the king facing right, wearing a broad beaded collar and the Blue Crown, and propelling pellets of incense to the falcon-headed incense burner held in his left hand, a column of inscription and his prenomen within a cartouche above; remains of yellow pigment.

Condition

Imperfections and flaws (some apparently ancient) as shown in the catalogue photo; the left upper side was at one time poorly repaired from two fragments, and a cracked area above the cartouche seems to have been reinforced and filled. The condition of the king’s face and hand is very good.
