Condition

Condition Report as per Alvarez Fine Art Services, Inc. (4/3/130: Overall this watercolor and ink on board is in stable condition and shows no sign of paper losses or planar distortions. The board is mounted completely upon a vintage 1/8" thick acidic paper-pulp board. There is one small dent to the support at the upper-left edge due to poor handling. Visually, the paper is mildly oxidized throughout from contact with the acidic mount, and exhibits a moderate water stain with heavy tide mark over the left half of the image. Otherwise the media appears stable and undisturbed.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
