in the form of a hawk, with thick slightly parted lips, hooked openwork beak, and oval eyerims beneath thick arching brows, surmounted by a bowl of cylindrical section, the bit centering a kneeling human figure, his hands resting on top of the circular opening.

Typical wear from age and use; a bit of abrasion on the knee of the human figure. Fine patina.
