Condition
Very good condition for an object of this type and age. Minor marks, nicks, chips, scratches and abrasions throughout from age and use. The proper left horn with an old crack, repaired in situ with small nails. Scattered minor worm holes throughout. Chipping around rim of reverse. Tears, broken fibers, small holes, and minor losses to beadwork in the fabric attachment. Fine dark brown wood patina with red, black, and white pigment. A square metal sleeve inserted in the back for attachment to base.
