blue and golden metallic silk thread embroidered on linen, sewn in three bands. Satin stitch wih French knots, edged in chain stitch.

The embroidered Hebrew inscription reads In honor of the Holy presence in the perfect Torah I will sing with joy, fear and awe. Donated by Madam Allegrezza, wife of the distinguished Aaron of Cagli, in honor of God and His perfect Torah.

Condition
There is an additional ink inscription in Hebrew in the upper right corner. The number 5 is stamped four times along the lower edge, at the corners and the edges of the main embroidery, and is also embroidered in red on white sewn to the fabric. Modern lining.
