the base band embossed with a lion, griffon and deer, between cartouches engraved in Hebrew, applied with a row of gilt rams' heads, hung with bells between ribs, the upper crown supported by six rampant lions, eagle and ball finial, surfaces chased with flowers, scrolls, and foliage, marked with maker's mark ?IIK and standard mark 12.

Top lacks 3 bells; cresting of lower crown with repairs and replacements.
